Taiyaki



The verdict? YUM!!! It was sooo surprisingly good. Basically, 2 waffles shaped like a fishy, with red bean paste inside. I'm only upset that I only brought one for breakfast!! X_x

    How do you cook these? So they are a sweet item? Is the bean paste sweet or savory?

    sweet bean paste! ^^. The one I have is a microwave one, for only 1 minute! The batter tastes JUST like waffles!

    Taiyaki is a great snack, there's a place close to where I live that bakes them fresh.
    But they're easy to make as well, you just need the batter, the sweet bean paste, and the taiyaki mold press thingy.
